Intro
A new men's apparel brand, starting from zero - no sales history, no audience, no data. We came in with one premise: online, the product doesn't sell itself - the content sells it. We didn't start with "another campaign," but with the question most advertisers skip - what makes a man stop scrolling, and why would he buy from a brand he's never heard of.
The Challenge
A new brand starts with no advantage: no reputation, no reviews, no returning audience. In fashion, everyone chases the same audiences with the same generic product ads - and when your creative looks like everyone else's, all that's left is competing on price. The challenge wasn't "get traffic." It was making an audience that had never heard of the brand feel it needed the product - fast enough to justify scaling budget.
What We Did - We Put Content at the Center
- Copy that speaks to the man, not about the shirt - every ad was built around a moment, not a spec sheet. Not "100% cotton," but how you feel wearing it. The copy sold the feeling; the product closed the deal.
- A creative factory, not a single ad - a steady stream of variations: video, UGC, stills, different hooks. Instead of guessing which ad would work, we let the market vote - and only the winners got budget.
- Message by stage - people who didn't know the brand saw a story; people who'd already visited saw the exact product they looked at. Same customer, two completely different messages.
- Controlled budget scaling - as the creative proved itself, we scaled budget gradually - but only on what actually returned. Scale without breaking efficiency, because the content held performance even at higher spend.
The Results
- Month one (from launch): ~₪43K in sales.
- Month two: over ₪100K in sales.
- From 0 to a brand selling six figures a month - in just two months.
Yes, we scaled budget along the way - but budget alone doesn't build a brand from zero. What let the budget grow without collapsing was the content: copy and creative that held efficiency even as we shifted gears.
Why It's Different
Most agencies talk about "campaign optimization" and forget the algorithm only delivers - the content is what sells. A new brand is the hardest test: no data, no reputation, every shekel has to prove itself. When the message, copy and creative are sharp - you can build from zero to six figures a month, and do it in two.
