The company provides a variety of quality products to offices, institutions, businesses, organizations and private clients. The business has a physical store and an online store with deliveries throughout the country, especially in Tel Aviv and the surrounding area.

Design phase

I was approached literally a few months before the corona further that everything was relatively “fine” with the aim of generating more sales on their trade site and of course also increasing the circle of customers.

So as with any start I get to all the assets to examine and analyze all the problems and draw conclusions, be it for the website, for Google Serz Consul, Google Analytics and more.

The site — was built in an old format, the site hierarchy would look like a maze with no exit, and the form of payment is also so.

The site was cleared of all problems, upgraded the template to a premium template from the ecommerce domain, improved the way from the moment a surfer lands on the product/info page to the thank you page after payment.

We have defined a customer area where customers can reconnect to place additional orders or recover recent orders they have made to make it easier for returning customers.

We solved all the problems at Sertz Consul, and we defined Ivants and targets in Analytics through the Manager tag.

The results

Within 2 months of work we have received a significant increase in traffic and sales in organic, the sponsored advertising on Google Ads and Google Shopping has already generated deals from the first week.
